Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies. · Due to the high demand of our services and our booking, we adhere to a 15- minute late policy: if you are running 15 minutes past your appointment it is considered a no show. If you are 7 minutes late for a “quick” service (brow/lip/chin wax/tint etc.) your appointment will result in a no show. Upon booking, we reserved that time especially for you and try to avoid conflicting with another patron’s personal time. · It's understandable that things come up but please be considerate & observe our 24 hr cancellation policy. A late arrival or last minute cancellation or no show can be the loss of opportunity & compensation. Thank you for understanding that untimely changes have a direct impact on the livelihood of our business and staff. A twelve (12) hour notice is required for a cancellation or rescheduling. Lindsay Hill’s Beauty Bar reserves the right to charge for the full amount of scheduled service(s) should this policy be disregarded. · After one no shows or last minute cancellations, the computer will automatically revoke your ability to book online- you will have to call to make an appointment and prepay for the desired service(s). · Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Upon arrival please have a seat outside suite 211. DO NOT KNOCK on the door to ensure peace & privacy for the guest before you. · Minors must be accompanied by an adult for all services. · If your children are still and well behaved I do not mind if they sit in on a “quick” appointment (i.e. brow wax, lip wax). However, if you are scheduled for a longer service, I cannot watch your children for you nor can they be left in the hall unattended. If anything is broken you are responsible. · Cash is preferred but checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are also accepted. · Payment is due at time of service(s) . · If you are pregnant or have any allergies please let us know at the time of your treatment. · Sexual advances, comments or innuendoes toward our staff will result in immediate termination of treatments and you will be responsible for full payment of service. · Return Policy: Unopened products may be returned within 10 days of purchase. Treatment series, packages and gift certificates are non-refundable. · Lindsay Hill’s Beauty Bar Gift Certificates are available for purchase, however if you use a Bella Strada Gift Card for payment a 15% charge will be added. · Online Booking: You are responsible for your email address & password. I do not have access to this information. Make sure you receive a confirmation email to ensure you have completed your booking. · As education and technologies advance menu is subject to change. · Discounts will be posted on www.lindsayhillsbeautybar.net home page as well as on “Lindsay Hill’s Beauty Bar” facebook page and emailed. · I appreciate referrals!
